Coaching

A coach is a guide who collaborates with you to identify your strengths and discuss the challenges you have with completing the tasks that matter the most to you.

We’ll explore strategies & tools to leverage your strengths and develop skills to overcome challenges

Liaison & Advocacy Services

  • A liaison collaborates with you to provide the information & strategies you need to chart a course through the processes to request/receive support and services from service providers and the educational system that often seem a bit overwhelming

  • Advocacy involves empowering individuals with disabilities to find their voice and feel comfortable advocating for themselves.

  • Through these interactions, service providers can better understand what persons with disabilities need for access, making their services more inclusive and effective.

Tutoring

Tailored Solutions for Math, Biology, and Chemistry

Personalized tutoring from a friendly, flexible, and experienced educator with over 25 years of teaching experience.

  • Address the student’s unique learning needs in math, biology, and chemistry

Individual & Business Evaluations

The evaluation focuses on the need for access for individuals with disabilities

We use a universal design approach that creates an environment where individuals enjoy working, are motivated, and often work more efficiently, and productively, contributing to the success of a company and its goals/values/mission.

You could say that the ‘accommodations’ I can recommend are a ‘positive’ problem-solving approach towards addressing ‘barriers.’ But, if the world was more inclusive and thought about universal design on many more levels (ramps, working elevators, menus in accessible formats, accessible bathrooms, daily technology interfaces, etc.), businesses would shift toward student development for students with disabilities and away from determining the accommodations needed when a setting, environment, or the content is not accessible to persons with disabilities, even when they do have the technology they need.
